After more than two years of bargaining – ending in multiple days of round-the-clock bargaining – this morning, your BU 324 negotiating team reached a Tentative Agreement (subject to ratification by the membership).
Thanks to your continued activism, and the extraordinary dedication of your negotiating team who have spent countless hours away from their patients and families, we were able to reach an historic contract.
